The Kerns Neighborhood Association Board meets monthly on the third Wednesday of each month except for August and December.  General Membership meetings are held on the third Wednesday of May and October.  Board elections are conducted at the May meeting. We are now having hybrid in-person and zoom meetings. See below for details.

The Kerns neighborhood is located in Central/Southeast Portland, just on the East side of the Willamette River, North of Burnside Street. It is bordered by the Buckman, Lloyd, Sullivan’s Gulch, Laurelhurst and Sunnyside neighborhoods.
