We are excited to announce a new development in the Kerns Neighborhood of SE Portland! We are proposing a new 3-story residential building with 19 apartments, two community spaces, and 29 bicycle stalls. The main entrance is off of 29th Avenue with a South-facing courtyard. Ground floor units have exterior patios, and upper floor units have balconies that face the street.

As part of the neighborhood contact program, we are offering a public meeting held on March 11th, 2020 from 6pm to 9pm at the Bakery Block 2nd floor conference room located at 2222 NE Oregon St., Portland OR 97232.
